Ria is one of the leading Gateway© reviewers in Australia having led more than 350 reviews under this methodology for the Victorian, Western Australian, Queensland and Commonwealth governments. Ria has experience across all industry sectors and across all six Gates under the Gateway© methodology. Ria was a member of the national team for the roll-out of the Gateway© methodology for the Western Australia, Queensland, Commonwealth and the Victorian governments and was part of the pilot program for the development of the Commonwealth Government’s Implementation Readiness Assessments.
Ria has undertaken project and program assurance reviews for private sector organisations with reviews including: procurement, maintenance outsourcing, supply chain management and sale of public assets.
